These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of anybet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and anybet ("anybet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the anybet online casino and sports betting platform available at anybet.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
anybet operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government agency responsible for the authorization, licensing, and regulation of games of chance in the Philippines. Compliance with PAGCOR's rules and directives forms an integral part of these Terms.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the anybet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. anybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
anybet reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by anybet may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
anybet supports the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. anybet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. anybet targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
anybet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation where required by PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such due diligence.
anybet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

All bets placed on the anybet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
anybet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to: bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets placed in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
For live in-play betting, anybet uses real-time data feeds. anybet accepts no liability for delays in data transmission that may affect the availability or accuracy of in-play markets. anybet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the anybet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Players who have activated self-exclusion are prohibited from attempting to re-register or access the Platform through any means during the exclusion period. anybet will take reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, but Players bear responsibility for not circumventing these measures.
All content on the anybet Platform — including but not limited to the anybet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of anybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of anybet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, anybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorized access to your Account.
anybet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
anybet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. anybet will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
anybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
anybet may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.
anybet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, anybet will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated.
Your continued use of the anybet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting anybet support.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact anybet's support team to seek an informal resolution. anybet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of a dispute.
