The anybet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for real-money gaming in the Philippines. anybet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If anybet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. If you believe a minor has registered on the anybet Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
anybet retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. The specific retention periods applicable to each data category are set out in the Data Inventory table above.
Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with AMLA requirements. Identity and KYC documentation is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with anybet's data disposal procedures.
anybet reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
